Restoring Mental Health

What we are feeling is determined by what we are thinking , our emotional life follows our life, Our own response can harm our personality, because our response is determined by what we believe about life and that faith depends to whom are we believing to, your actions has being chosen by you whether consciously or unconsciously. It is Better to Learn to value your anger as the emotional energy needed to make changes in your life and take charge of your mind by monitoring your thoughts and quickly rejecting the useless ones;
Fear of fear's symptoms adds fear to fear, and may well culminate in a panic attack. Don't resist it go with it allowing it will allow it to pass, but don't you run from the feared situation Once it understood that fear always exaggerates dangers in order to warn us, it can be accepted or even welcomed as an ally and friend 
 Life will change for you when you change; Today make a choice to be happy for the rest of your life; and if you want to happy , then be happy. If you can't or aren't, make it your business to find out why.
